- A copy of a Birth Certificate / Passport – (Must be Certified)
- A copy of the Record of Immunization – (Must be Certified)
- 2x Recent Passport Size Colour Photos (Non-Returnable)
- Parents ID Books / Passport – (Original)
- 3 X Current Payslips
- 2 X Utility Bills
